Fitness Motivation


It's easy to find yourself thinking of how bad you need to workout only to let days go by thinking of where to even start, thighs, arms, core, butt and the more time I spend thinking about it (personally) it seems more and more impossible.  My schedule, lifestyle and will-power all work against each other.  I started using a few of the tips below:



1. Stay hydrated 

2. Make healthy choices with your meals

3. Get prepared for the workout planned

4. Workout buddy (haaaaay professor)

5. Don't over do it just cause you missed a day 

6. Make it enjoyable (who wants another job right) 

7. Plan your workout like a date 



Taking these few easy steps is like my pre warm up for the main event, at least until it becomes second nature lol but honestly they do help me get in the mood... To workout!!
