Sleep Test

Sleep can be a beautiful thing when maintained at a good balance.  Either you're getting enough rest, a good nights rest or full on beauty sleep!!! 

For a period of a year I worked really hard on a promotion and balanced everything else making no adjustments to balance everything out.  If I got 2 hrs of sleep or none that was just it.  Physically I was driven by my goal so I didn't feel tired, it was my outward appearance that was off to me.  Why does my makeup look funny and what's up with my hair? And over time I realized it wasn't my makeup that changed it was my face and my hair was suffering too. 

These changes occurred because I wasn't getting my rest.  I got help with changes and routines to help get more rest and more out of the day.

SOME TIPS 
-no naps fight it
-multi task ex: help kid 1 with homework n have kid2 do grocery list 
-delegate easy task to family 
-be more physically active IN-HOME w/ the family 
-dump stress  before bed babies aren't the only ones who need to wind down 
-exercise 
-soothing drink (what soothes u) 
-avoid caffeine after 3p 

I'm sleeping better and getting more done n a day... Ba da pa pa pa I'm lovin it!!!
