Just Karma

Feeling Myself!!!

Been in your feelings lately? It's okay to be sensitive.  Sensitivity is a great trait to carry its one of the easiest ways to connect and relate to others.  However, you can be too sensitive.  Being able to relate is fine but being so sensitive that you stick to every detail can leave you exhausted and ultimately stuck in your feelings.

Check out the following tips that will help you be able to relate relax and release (without crying or whatever it is you do at your most sensitive moments). Tee-hee

1 Stay steady under pressure

2 Grow up; mama said there'd be days like this

3 Redefine & remain positive about the future

4 Fall down & get back up again

5 Set goals and MAKE THEM HAPPEN

6 Kill self doubt (knife gun poision bare hands I don't care-kill it

7 If you can't fix it why bother? Let go of things that don't matter

You need mental and emotional toughness to succeed in this world but you need sensitivity too. The key is achieving the balance.

Try and let me know how much better it gets!!! What do I know I'm just Karma

Raven.... That's not so Raven!!!!

Anyone with a name that even remotely speaks to their African roots has probably wondered at one time or another if hiring managers toss their résumés based solely on the fact that they’re Black. Unfortunately, a recent study published in the Journal of Evolution and Human Behavior found that many Americans do make racist assumptions based on people’s names. On Thursday, the women of “The View” shared their opinions on the study, and of course, the show’s resident troll Raven-Symoné had the most to say on the subject.

“Just to bring it back, can we take back ‘racist’ and say ‘discriminatory,’ because I think that’s a better word. And I am very discriminatory against words like the ones that they were saying in the video. I’m not about to hire you if your name is Watermelondrea. It’s just not going to happen. I’m not going to hire you.”

Catch the video drama in case you missed it
